Patty was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.

She is a Graduate of advanced studies in theatre from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts Conservatory (Los Angeles).

Forever a singer and always a lover of storytelling, her talents came together when she started playing in local coffee houses and clubs around the L.A. area.

Some notable performances include sharing the bill with such talents as Harry Dean Stanton, Bob Neuwirth, Katy Moffett, Rosie Flores, and having the opportunity to perform with the great John Raitt and getting the chance to meet his daughter, Bonnie Raitt who has been a true and constant inspiration.

Patty's musical and writing influences are those artists and writers who have a knack for storytelling, composition and harmony.

"From my musical influences of John Lennon and The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and U2, to the works of Shakespeare and all the great poets, playwrights, actors, filmmakers and artists who came after, I find there is a common denominator which links all of them from which I am truly inspired. It is the yearning to reveal a truth and the passionate need for expression."

"Writing and singing songs is a communication to myself. I feel it's the most satisfying form of expression and the most effective response I have to this world. Along with that comes the constant search for the right musical environment to support, as a backdrop, the stories I want to tell. When you get the right combination of music and lyric, it can send shivers up your spine. When that happens, it makes my whole being feel like it's expanding."

"The emotions were high for me in each of the songs I wrote for Happy Hours and Heartaches. They range from fond childhood memories and wistful yearnings for connection and belonging, to bitter resolve of failed love, discontent with modern day society and finally the need for sitting still and reflecting."

Happy Hours and Heartaches is Patty's first album and since its release has been heard on National Public Radio, the hit television series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and in 2003 her song "Still Life" was included on the international version of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer "Radio Sunnydale" soundtrack which has gained Patty recognition around the world.

Recently in 2006, Patty's music has been featured on the hit CBS series, "Ghost Whisperer", and in 2007 on NBC's "Las Vegas".

Patty is currently working on her next CD which is scheduled to be released in 2007.
